The city infrastructure is rough—power cuts happen regularly, internet reliability varies wildly by neighborhood, traffic is chaotic, and sidewalks barely exist. The surrounding landscapes are spectacular when you escape town. Monthly costs hit $1,100-1,500, higher than most East African cities.
